Apple cider vinegar is one of those natural treatments that treats so many conditions and it is very easy to use. Firstly you want to buy organic apple cider vinegar. then simply mix it in a 1:1 ratio with distilled or filtered water. (half water, half ACV) Leave it on for 5 minutes then rinse off.
You can also prepare a skin mask out of almonds, which has spot removal and skin nourishing properties.
To prepare this, you first need to soften the almonds by simply soaking them for about 8 or 10 almonds in milk overnight. When morning comes, start peeling off the skin of the almonds and grind them.
Then, mix half a teaspoon of raw honey and a teaspoon of sandalwood powder to the peeled almond skin. The result should be a fine paste which you need to apply to your face. Let it sit for 30 minutes and wash it afterwards.
Potato slices are also good for removing dark spots. All you have to do is peel a potato and place a slice on your dark patches directly. Leave it on your face for a couple of minutes and use lukewarm water for rinsing. You may also mix grated potato and honey to create a face mask.
Another ingredient is turmeric which is effective for eliminating dark spots. To do this, mix turmeric, lemon juice, and milk until you get a thick paste. Apply the paste to the area where the spots are and leave it there for several minutes.
Coconut oil really has so many benefits beyond just a beauty routine. Massage it into your face for all sorts of benefits as well as removing dark spots. Another way to use coconut oil is to drink it, I have a 2-5 tablespoons of it daily. Oatmeal powder can also work wonders on your skin as it is an exfoliation agent. If you make a mask out of oatmeal and put it to your face or neck, it removes black spots and even dead skin cells. To do it, just grind a half cup of oats and add at least three or four tablespoons of lemon juice to it. Then, scrub the resulting paste to your skin and let it dry.
Rinse your face using lukewarm water. At times, the procedure may become messy. To remove the oatmeal mask, soak a clean cloth in milk or warm water and use it to wipe your face. You can do this treatment once a week.
Another cosmetic agent for the skin that you can find at home is sandalwood. To do so, mix a tablespoon of sandalwood powder, three tablespoons of rose water, and a tablespoon of glycerin. If rose water is not available, milk or honey can be alternatives.
